There's a good chance that he may have another one on order if the one that you're looking at is sold.
Read through the forum about some of the "pitfalls" of buying an RV long distances from home and then trying to get it serviced locally, Some have good results with local dealers, some local dealers refuse to service an RV not purchased from them. Do some homework before you drive hundreds of miles and buy an RV. It's not the same as buying a new car far from home.
