I have a couple questions that the dealer near my house wont answer because its seceret or proprietary info bit im a do it yourself type of person so I will try to find the answer on here. Im going to install a 2nd air conditioner in the garage area of my 2016 Impact 311. It is “prewired” for ac. There is a outlet box near the vent that the ac will be installed in. It has the power wires: black white and ground. It also has 4 small wires for a thermostat and an additional white wire. The biggest question is where are the other end of the thermostat wires ran too? I removed the existing thermostat in the living/entrance area next to tv and didnt see any spare wires there. All the wires there were hooked up already. Also my 2nd question: is the rear ac ducted? Guess i can find that out when i remove the i side vent cover. Thanks in advance! Any one on here with a Impact 311 with factory installed 2nd ac could probably tell me how the factory did the thermostat.
