Both of mine are black on a 2018 32RLI. Depends on which box they opened in the morning, I guess. Things like valves get various answers. I learned that it doesn't matter what was or will be, as answers are all over the place. If you hint that the manufacturer should do a better job of marking or location of valves someone will say you are being unkind or attacking Keystone.
