Rv dryers are available both vented & ventless. In my opinion I'd NEVER put a ventless in a rv, way too much moisture & the perfect recipe for mold & mildew.
Our last rv I added the combo w/d & it did a good job of cleaning, the drying part took forever & you'd best like to iron as EVERYTHING came out wrinkled.
Mine was not marked for a dryer vent, but using the suggestion of another rver I got a piece of foam board, taped it to the wall behind the dryer, slid the dryer into the foam which marked the vent, removed dryer, marked the wall & took a punch around the inside of the hole marked to make sure nothing was in the wall,cut 4" hole & installed vent. I thought by poking small holes in paneling worst case is I could cover it with a piece of Luna.
