You'd think so, eh? Ford programmed an "overly clever" brake controller, and the dealer can't change the software to get it to recognize TTs outside their chosen parameters.

I live in a tiny cowboy town with one dealer, and they've already seen it personally at least twice that I know of, and have heard of a lot of instances elsewhere.
Lots of other people are seeing it, too.
