Cleaning AC Evap Coils

I have a Dometic 57915 13.5 BTU roof top AC in my 2018 Elite. We have an occasional 'smell' that seems to emanate from the AC and I want to clean the evap coil. I don't see a way to get to it on this AC. I took the shroud off and the evap coil and circulation fan are under some molded Styrofoam insulation. There are wires and refrig lines routed through the Styrofoam that to me looks like one piece.
Is their a reasonable way to get to the coil I am not seeing?
I was also going to check the drain pan. I get what seems like plenty of water draining out, but it is all on the passenger side. It looks like there should be a drain on both sides and I thought maybe the driver side was clogged. I guess it could also be just a little unlevel inside.
Unless someone knows of a reasonable way to get to the evap coil I think I will turn on the fan and spray some Lysol in the return air.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
