cabinet removal?

We don't much care for RV short queen mattresses and took the full queen out of our last camper and had the seller put the miserable Keystone sourced mattress in the one we sold. Our current mattress is about 14-15" thick and if you wake up in a hurry without thinking and sit up, you bash your head on the cabinets that run from side to side along the front of the camper. We also don't use these cabinets. Has anyone any idea how to remove them? I suspect the wall behind will either have glue / staples (or nails) or both and if you have an idea what is left behind after cabinet removal sharing that would be nice. Like I said, we don't store anything in those things since they are a pain to get to and have lots of other storage.
