This is going to be a very one sided observation. We liked this place. Its small, clean and well managed. Its what the RV vacation traveler hunts for when in unknown territory. All local tours can be arraigned in the Motel/RV Park office. The Owner/Manager will get you the best discounts available. All tours start and stop right in the RV Park. The office is open 24/7 and the owner and his family live on site. The whole operation is run like a motel so there isn’t much for kids to do. With a discount our cost was $49.50 a day.

Two large Walmart stores within 8 miles. Huge new shopping mall about 8 miles away. Being right on Niagara Falls Blvd. is central to almost anywhere you want to visit while in the area. Two family restaurants less than a quarter of a mile away. The only downer was not having CATV, but a dish signal was very easy to acquire, took less than 10 minutes to get all hooked-up. The whole staff bent over backward to insure our stay with them was enjoyable.
