Got lucky and found a good dealership/tech that was interested in my problem, showed them what troubleshooting had already been done, and worked with Keystone/ASA after their own troubleshooting to get me fixed up. They ended up switching me over to the wired Pro Plus version as the BT signal is simply not making it from the BCM to the DC on my rig. There is a ton of wiring along with my big solar system controller/wiring going behind my DC which is likely interfering with the BT signal and/or its just not penetrating all the aluminum and other stuff between the two.
