We have a 2014 Sprinter that has the Linear DVD, radio etc. installed. We were attempting to use it to watch a DVD the other night and it would display in black and white only. Don't believe it was a TV setting as it has never changed. We have used the DVD before and it worked fine.

Now the next issue. After checking all the connections we were attempting to see if there was a setting on the DVD player to fix the b/w problem. Somehow in the setup menu my wife was in the "system setup page" and switched the TV setting to PAL. Now the system will not display the menu or setup screen it just says the TV doesn't support that setting. It is like it is stuck and won't let you change it.

We even tried the reset button but that pertains to the radio portion.

Any ideas??
