You have more patience than I would have had. Toward the end of November, I would have called the credit card company and asked them to reverse charges for non-receipt. etrailer.com sells the same 21" range/oven for less and they have great customer service!
pplmotorhomes.com parts store has an Atwood 21" range/oven for $469.84 on sale and they ship FAST.
