When they left, they did not put the furniture back where it has to be when closing the slides. I failed to check first and the driver's side LR slide hit a chair and bent the carriage underneath, which made it stick out like your photo. Next time I had it in a shop, I asked if they could adjust it so it was flush with the side of the rig and they did. Might be worth a look.
