I am sorry, many mid to upper trim levels come with heated and COOLED leather seats.
As to rubber mats and vinyl seats, not when our TV is our only vehicle! We full time and DW and I didn't like her chasing when we traveled so we have a nicely trimmed 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie CTD DRW.
