Not at all, that's everywhere. In Beavercreek, Ohio the Walmart's there don't allow parking either, I saw first hand what they are capable of. I was parked there (broken down) and they started swarming in like seagulls. Security was on them pretty quickly. He explained to us why they had to be on top of it. They were awesome to us, and kept an eye out.
