Any help would be appreciated!

So the wife and I get to the site and she says she’ll take care of hooking up the city water. She hooked up to city water but also had the pump on to the fresh water tank.....which we have empty.

I didnt notice this until there was a lot of pressure in the pipes and the water kept bursting out of the faucet in spurts.

Now that I turned off the pump, there is no water coming out of the faucet now that it’s connected to city water with the pump off....as it should. Any ideas of what to do?
