I pull with a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD with the Duramax. It has a 6.5 ft box which now they consider them standard beds. I declined to go long bed because it's a pain to drive daily especially a quad cab long bed. I was going to buy a Reese Sidewinder but I'm able to go 88 degrees without touching the cab. Mine is overkill because my trailer is only 8,000 lbs dry and I bought a truck that can tow 18,000 lbs. Rather be safe then sorry. Plus, I plan on upgrading to a toy hauler after a couple years.
