Just for safety sake, I would recommend a slider hitch based on the truck you have and the shorter bed that your truck has. I have the pull right super-glide hitch. It automatically will slide and pull the camper away from the cab of the truck on turns. We absolutely love it and this is our fourth Summer with the camper and that hitch. We pull an impact 311 with a Chevrolet Duramax 3500 s r w.
