Had to take I695 and cross Francis Scott Key bridge. Beautiful view but long high bridge crossings towing gives me the heebee geebies.

I have been traveling this route for years and find that taking the western loop (I 695) towards Towson MD is the best. Avoids the FS Key bridge and a long climb. Western loop is a little longer mile wise but takes the same time and is easier driving. I always plan to go through that area at night to avoid traffic and most of the crazies.

Travel safely, take your time and enjoy the trip, Hank
