Yes , they appear to be Chuckster57 , then the mechanic/salesman at
LES Swabb tire store , attached 2 cables that cross over to battery 2.
So everything does look correctly.
The cables come from the frame of trailer , attach to Battery .
I Checked this afternoon , both are fully charged.
