Yes, we did a complete walk around when we dropped it off. The service manager also took photos of all 4 sides as well. Good protection for both parties.

Yeah, I think the mileage thing is different to different folks. I like to drive and like to tow so 60 miles is a walk in the park. We're in the middle of nowhere so I drive to do most anything; plus we travel all the time so to me it's normal. If you're just 50 miles away, and in Utah, it doesn't sound so bad
