If you want to keep your fifth wheel hitch that fits into the old industry standard rail (ISR) system, you can go with an ISR adapter plate for Dodge. It goes into the new puck system in the truck bed and enables old fifth wheel hitches to be installed. That's what I did with my new 2019 GMC 3500HD.
