I noticed a small bubble in our last 5th wheel. I mentioned it to the dealer. He said not to worry. The next year returning home from a trip the roof had delaminated and pulled away from the roof vent. A large section of the roof had pulled away from the plywood. I took it to the dealer and they did a temporary repair and said it would have to go back to the factory. They shipped it to the factory (it was a Forest River product). They replaced the entire roof no questions asked. It was the second year of ownership. They repaired a number of other things also at no cost to me.
I now own a Keystone trailer. Not because of poor service from Forest River or the dealer but because I liked the floor plan better. I received outstanding warranty service from Forest River. I was hoping Keystone would be the same.
I don't want to worry you but as others have said keep a close eye on it.
