So I got the call from our reliable Keystone service shop and they talked with Keystone and Keystone acknowledges that some of the 3800FKs showers were plumbed into the black tank due to the way it was built and they will pay for the repair if it can be fixed but there is no guarantee that it can be fixed. So when they drop the coroplast, I'm planning on being there to see what the under side looks like. I should ask them if I can pay to have some additional insulation installed as well!
