twin mountain in NH http://koa.com/campgrounds/twin-mountain/photos/ 4+. went there 2 years ago, super clean great staff.

Bar harbor ocean side- http://koa.com/campgrounds/bar-harbor-oceanside/
4+++. paid 90+ for a ocean front site and worth it, almost. Did not have a sewer hook up and it was 35 for a pump out. At $90+ honey truck should be included.

I have found or the most part- camp ground that are 60-80 per night have the money to keep the place nice and seem family oriented. I'm always glad to pay more for a good looking place.
