KOA Scott, LA

Heading east on I-10 we knew we were going to stay at this KOA because we had penciled it in during our lunch stop. We called ahead to check on availability and were told there would be no problem if we got there early (4 PM).

Little did we know just how tight the overnight parking sites were. But they are easy to get into and with a little maneuvering we got our 57' rig into the 62'-65' (?) site. It was a FHU with 50 amps and CATV & WiFi included.

Easy fuel stop before getting back onto the highway was a plus. All in all a very nice overnighter stopping place.

Nice fishing lake.
Large grassy field for hitting golf balls.
We don't put our big slide out when just spending the night.
