Get the code from the permit people, if like here it will be inspected. Do it right the first time. They may say xx material placed every xx ft to frame to ground mounted into the ground xxx. I had 2 homes as vacation homes at the coast and paid a manufactured home installer to do mine. I even had to have the piling blocks on 6 inches of concrete. All inspected before use.
