Yes, $300 may sound good, but think of all that great exercise you're getting! (Hope you've a hot tub in a day or so when those muscles start getting stiff!)
I do wash our roof once a year and clean the walls/front/back, but don't go to the extremes you have. I do like the bourbon part though!
