All kidding aside, never start any diet, supplement, or exercise regiment without discussing it with your Doctor. A professional trainer is also probably a good idea, even if just to get you started.
Certain med's are not compatible with some dietary supplements, and a general health assessment is a MUST. High BP, skeletal issues, and hidden Cardiac problems are a major concern as we age.
Another thought is that more and more camp grounds have exercise rooms complete with a wide variety of equipment.
