Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. I own a 2016 2810 and we love it. We have had a few issues but nothing major. Make sure your roof seams are sealed well and inspect them frequently. After you pick it up take the time to access the water heater under the bottom bunk to tighten the water line couplings there. A couple of us have had those work loose because the person at the factory doesn't have enough strength to tighten it properly. Have fun enjoying your new rig. Here's a picture of ours this Summer.
