Hey Rchall660. That’s pretty much my set-up! I have a 2008 Tundra 4x4 Double Cab and I pull a Fuzion 260 with absolutely no problem. I’ve driven up to the high desert – Johnson Valley, up 9-mile road to Kennedy Meadows, I’ve been through the town of Mojave on some of its windiest days, the low desert – Ocotillo Wells and the Tundra does a great job! However, there were two modifications I made to the Tundra to increase my comfort level. First, I installed the Firestone Ride-Right Helper Springs 2445 (my part didn’t require any drilling!) and an Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch (I got the 12000). The only drawback with the Tundra is its small gas tank. You can expect to get on average 10 MPG pulling the 260, therefore your range is about 240 to 260 miles. I mitigate that problem by carrying in my truck bed a 12 gallon gas tank (just in case).
