We have 2 AC units - 15,000 BTU in the living room and a 13,500 BTU in the bedroom. I will check the manuals and get the info for you. Will update.

Model and Serial Number: To find the model and serial number of any of the upper units, you will need to remove the upper shroud. There should be an identification tag near the compressor.
