Starlights may be much more costly than others and you may be getting a better quality bulb for the increased cost. You can pick up much cheaper bulbs from ebay/amazon for around $3-$4 apiece - sometimes less. The photo cells/dimmer/motion sensor may have added to your overall cost but a person can do a complete changeover for far less than $200.
