You have got to remember that most all, if not all major systems are all the same. The same name brand frigs, stoves, microwaves, HWHs, etc.
its the basic construction and materials used that defer from manufacture to manufacture. roofing, siding, most all the frames, axles, etc pretty much the same.
I have had 2 cougars, one TT and now the 5er, both bought new. I have found minor problems but not nothings that wasn't fixed in the first year or something I could fix without dragging them back to the dealer.
I had one mishap in the 5er of my own causing and the dealer worked with me to get the parts and I fixed it myself and maybe did a better job. so just saying overall I have no complaints with my Cougar.
