Before you do a test pull, do a visual inspection of 5th connections, there will be indicators that show the connection is latched. No sense in temping fate.
PS, do this before you lift landing legs or remove chocks. Friend of mine got interrupted during his hookup sequence, didn't check, lifted his landing legs and watched his trailer roll back a foot.
