We were in Colorado 2 years ago, in Steamboat Springs at the KOA. About 7PM the water quit flowing.. No city water. The campground well pump had burned up, no water in any bath house or campsite. You'd have thought the world had ended from all the anger "city campers" with empty fresh water tanks.

We were "business as usual" just turn on the water pump and relax. Two days later the pump was installed and CG water restored. Of course by then, the campground had been nearly empty since an hour after the pump failed. Most of those "self contained trailers" had long departed for a CG with water or gone back home with a "ruined trip" because they had no water...

It would have saved the day, if they had at least some water onboard.
