Wires going to the frame of my Passport

Good evening,
Today I adjusted my brakes due to continuing weak braking I've described in one of my prior posts. Next week we are going to the East coast of Florida so I will see if the problem is solved. While under the trailer I spotted 2 wires going to the frame. I suspect they are ground wires for 12 and 110 volt systems. My main concern, however, is that they are very close to the right rear wheel and are going to be invariably destroyed in the event of tire delamination. Would you leave them as is, or modification is necessary? Best way to do it.
Thank you.
