I have a 2017 371 with two airs, to make the ducted outlets work you have to restrict the vents on the aircondionr face plate. Even then its pretty weak. Mine came with the rear steps, they take up so much storage room we no longer use them, just a small step stool. Good luck dealing with keystone, we have had lots of issues and it's been a bad experience, but we really like our unit and it sounds like all manufactureds are just as bad.
