Ok. With that thermostat push the left button until the fan icon appears.

Using the + or - button, press until "auto" appears.

Then press the left button until the furnace (heat waves) symbol appears. Should operate as described in previous post. If both the AC and the Furnace fan operate, then there is an issue.
