Each of the different entities are run independently, but all use the same vendors. Just like Wal-Mart, big discounts on supplies when bought in qquantity. Like all rv manufacturers the bottom line is all that matters.
I think you'd be surprised at the different companies that Lippert owns & how much they supply to the Thor entities & other rv manufacturers.
