I am with flybouy and sourdough. I had a pup that I could not trust to be alone. When we camped she went into her kennel with the air or fan on and radio up when we would leave the site. She liked her kennel and just slept while we were gone. My first pup and current pup are great. No kennel but I do leave the radio on and either the fan or a/c and water in the dish (pups eat on a schedule). People tell me they did not know we had a dog in there. We usually will take our dog with us if we can. That poor pup really did a number on the door and itself. How long was that dog left alone? I feel bad for the pup - they should know that it has separation anxiety and not leave it alone or take the appropriate precautions.
