3.) Also, I guess the Grey 1 and Black tanks drain out of the same drain, how does the Grey 2 tank drain?

On 3. You'll need to crawl under and search for another drain and gate valve. May be hard to see and tucked away in a hard to reach spot. This is a WAG, as I dont have your trailer, but at least a starting point.
