Mountaineer & Hitch Selection
I have a 2013 F-350 SWB, SRW, 6.7 TD with the factory fifth wheel prep package. I installed the B&W OEM 3300 hitch and am pulling a 2013 Mountaineer 285 RLD. I see no need for either a sliding hitch or a Sidewinder with this set-up. The conformation of the front cap of the Mountaineer when coupled with this hitch, set at the rear- most position, gives plenty of turning maneuverability. I just don't see how you could ask for a better hitch than the B&W.
