When I bought my Cougar in 2014, a friend sold me his older Suerglide model 3300. It worked like a charm for 2 yrs, but on a recent move it broke. I went to my local hitch dealer in Woodlands Tx. They were able to replace the head unit, for a cost of $424.00. I love this hitch and expect to get many more years of use.
