Is that one dark section under the tree and the rest isn't? A Google search for oak tree stains brings up plenty of results due to the tannin in oak leaves (and acorns?) While there are plenty of suggestions this one sounded like the least harmful to a TT roof. Others may have some different suggestions, but if you try this remedy do a small test patch to be sure it doesn't react negatively.
