Got it at Dick's Sporting Goods...it is a Quest 12x12 Sports Canopy. It was on clearance, 50% off and got it for $100. It is not a easy-up, takes about 10 minutes to setup and tear down but it is solid with steel arm supports that go together like a tent support would. Unfortunately I think it is discontinued...
