My tongue jack on our Nu-2-us Passport started skipping when I would lower the tongue. After checking, I found that the previous owner had NEVER greased the gears on it

The gear teeth are worn badly and even greasing it has not helped. For Christmas, my wonderful DW bought me a new electric tongue jack to replace it!!!
