Bet it doesn't cost $1200 to rebuild.
I had a jack leaking, Lippert wanted $500+ for a new one, the hydraulic shop said they could rebuild with better seals for between $50-$150 depending on what was needed. It actually quit leaking once I operated a few times after sitting for several months.
