WNY Bullet, you asked about this some time ago but I did not see a follow up. Our Impact 351 is wired the same way and I was thinking the same thing if it’s not too much of a headache.

I guess I could roll the awning up one wrap and then the material would block the lights, but that’s not my preferred solution.
