At nearly 450 lbs combined, you'd be hard pressed to get you and your SO in that bottom bunk together AND get any quality sleep. 2 kids, yes; not 2 grown adults. You could wing it by yourself and then have your DW sleep on the sofa bed if she's up for it. I was at the Detroit RV show 2 weeks ago and walked inside a Keystone with this layout. There's probably a weight limit on the bunk too...but I'm not completely sure.
