Trailer came pre wired for Furrion so I installed the observation back up to mine,simple job just plug and play. Kit with the bracket is cheaper from all I could find on the net. My trailer was tapped into the center running light so they need to be on for it to work. Only did a test tow and at 60mph still had 4 bars and seemed to work good. Only complaint is screen is small but being able to see behind the trailer is great.
